Technical A.S.R Group

Placements: About 90% of the students from our course got placed. The lowest salary offered here is Rs. 20,000 per month, and the average salary offered is Rs. 50,000 per month. The highest salary offered is 1 lac per month. Infosys, Barclays, Tata, Microsoft and Flipkart are the top recruiters for our course. About 60% of the students from our course got internships in My Captain, Tata, Amazon, etc. HR employee, trainee and IT support specialist are the roles offered here. A lot of companies visit here and hire students, and placements are good. Students achieve good rewards. Infrastructure: There are poor facilities, and washrooms have to be upgraded, but they are fine yet. Classrooms walls have to be painted, and classrooms should be spacious. Benches are poor, and our college should provide desks and chair system. There are no air-conditioners in the classrooms and have only fans. The hostel is bad, and the food served in the mess is edible. There are poor medical facilities. Sports and games are average and have to be better. Faculty: Faculty members here are good and friendly but old. Our college should use modern teaching methods and hire new faculty members. The course curriculum is relevant, but it should be better. It makes students ready for the industry. But our college has to improve the course a bit and improve teaching techniques so that students will be more excited to learn.

Usha Mittal Institute of Technology (UMIT) is an engineering college in Mumbai affiliated to SNDT Women's University. It was formerly known as the Institute of Technology for Women (ITW). The institute is directly managed by the SNDT Women's University and is approved by the All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE) and the University Grants Commission (UGC). UMIT has over 800 students and 50 faculty. It is the only all-women engineering institute in Mumbai.
