Very friendly and well maintained high-level hotel. Visited hotel during summertime, knows nothing about winter ski activities. Hotel rooms are spacious, very clean, and have lovely balconies. I like food, an excellent choice, especially soups.

Amazing hotel, lots of things to do with families. Amazing pool inside and outside, horse riding, wall climbing, shooting, their own ski slopes with snow cannon, gym, and much more. Great entertainment for the kids with kids club. For the evening there is great bar with bowling and dancing. Great food and great service. Location is amazing, in the middle of woods and on top of the hills. I can truly recommend, we had great time with the family.

Stayed in residential with our dog. Very nice hotel, spacious, lots of things to do and see. WILL DEFINITELY COME BACK!! However, the food buffet has greatly gone down in standard. We can no longer pick up food ourselves, we get it served. Possibly due to COVID 19. But food is limited, waiters are possibly told to give less. Do not recommend if you're lactose intolerant ( or otherwise)/ vegan. The price isnt worth the food given unfortunately. The situstion was different back in March. Cleanliness in our residential could have been better. 1) coffee machine hasnt been cleaned. 2) moths and spiders on window curtains. 3) very dusty on tables etc. Not good for people with allergies. Otherwise all is good. Throughly enjoyed it. Just wanted to point out for the future.

A very big resort with beautiful landscape. The dining (à la carte) was excellent. A lot of activities are offered. Nice pool/spa area.
