This was my 1st time to the South Ogden office. When I got there at 1:45. People were lined up 6 deep. Everyone was polite and we moved along 6 ft apart with our masks. The woman at the front desk, was calm and very efficient checking each person in. Paperwork was there and ready. Wonderful experience!! When going to the restroom I realized where most of the people were going. They were having chemo treatments. Everything was clean and orderly!! I waited 45 minutes to go back. The nurse was polite, did my vitals, I only wish she had said Dr Arango was behind. I waited in the room probably another 30-45 mins before Dr Arango got to me. He was very apologetic and kind. He was happy to see me again. And we had a wonderful visit, where he viewed and explained My labs

My visit to Utah Hematology was a great time to open up and find out what is going on with my body. Kelly was the person assigned to me, which he was the last time. I feel very comfortable with Kelly as he seems very knowledgeable and he treats me like a family member. I trust what he says. My experience the day of my appointment was excellent. Jan Davis is knowledgeable, straight forward and kind. I believe she has saved my life. My only concern was the time it took for the " authorization " process. My Dr sent my labs early Thursday morning. They didn't get back to me until Friday morning and my appointment was delayed until Monday. With the condition I was eventually diagnosed, this delay could have had serious consequences. Luckily Jan was able to get the treatment started, and I am doing well thank you

My visit went well. Wasn't able to see Dr Gray this visit. He had an emergency patient. I did see his nurse practioner. He was very friendy and knowledgeable about my heath conditions and answered all of my questions. A very pleasant visit.

Dr. Belisario Arango is absolutely amazing. He shows genuine care for me as a patient. I just started my treatments but I am already noticing results! I couldn't have asked for a better oncologist to help me through everything. I almost forgot to mention all the nurses and staff here have been truly amazing as well, everyone treats you like an actual person and not just another patient to get through. Even though this is a difficult time for me DR. Arango and his team have really worked hard to try and make it as easy as it can be for me and I am truly grateful. I see that some people are saying they have long wait times but honestly they aren't that bad, I have sat at other doctors offices for much longer and with less pleasant experiences. It's apparent that at this office they do their best to get to you as soon as possible.
