If you want a warm feeling go to Fireside Hearth and home in Utica on Hall Road. I just picked up some ember fibers and learned a lot about the operation of my fireplace. They gave me some hints on getting a good flame pattern and saved me a lot of time getting it all back together. They have everything from wood, to gas, to electric and traditional to Wow! If you want to see the latest technology in the art of warmth toast your tootsies here.

Went in to look at direct vent gas inserts. My wife and I had been to two other fireplace locations and not treated well. We asked a few set up questions to kind of see how it was going to go. The guy there, Daniel, is very knowledgeable. He did not try to mislead, bend the truth, or say anything that wasn't 100% true (and that he could prove). If anyone that I know needs or wants anything done with a fireplace, I would recommend Fireside and tell them to ask for Daniel.

We had FSH&H install our new gas fireplace, as part of our major remodeling project. My wife uses every night. She loves it (and so do I)! It wasn't cheap, but we couldn't be happier.
