Super frustrated with the office staff. My husband had results rendered from lab work and was notified by the office staff. I later called requesting that the lab work be sent to my husband and I. I was provided a patient portal link that did not work. I requested to speak to the nurse to discuss results (which would have taken a whole two minutes) and was informed that both nurse and doctor did not have two minutes to spare for the rest of their work day. HIPAA was not an issue as all appropriate forms had been signed to share information. Totally unimpressed.

Horrible office staff! They have no clue what the other says. No professionalism. No empathy or caring for the personal patient. You’re just a number. Shame on this institution. The drs do not even communicate with each other as you always see different dr.

worst experience i ever had with any medical profession. had a blocked bladder from a stone. they took too much precaution and I ended up needing an emergency stint. At the hospital after my first visit here. they neber mentioned any type of emergency could happen like this. only reason i went to the hospital because I was in severe trembling pain. all i needed was the lithotripsy. they had no remorse for how had it was for me to travel even with the stint now in. a surgery costing me 10k out of pocket. never helped me follow up on what actually caused the stone. never gave me comfort after removing stint. only did i recieve comfort after almost a month when I finally got the lithotripsy. never gave me a screen to catch the stone. only once they gave me a screen after my lithotripsy to catch anything in the office after i had to beg to use the restroom.
