I visited Realm chiropractic for the first time the other day.. I cannot tell you how welcome kelly made me feel. Nick was my Dr and he was outstanding in his explanation and bedside manner. He broke things down and was attentive to my questions and concerns. I truly felt like I was the only patient they have and like I was family. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

My family and I were referred to this place by my cousin, over coffee one morning I mentioned possibly seeing a chiropractor for our MVA injuries and she insisted we go to Realm. It was our first time ever seeing a chiropractor. We are very thankful for Realm Chiropractic it is a great place the staff are incredibly friendly, and “family-like”, scheduling appointments that fit into your schedule, a convenient location, and enjoyable visit. This office is personable and professional! They are accommodating and attentive to your needs! I've never had to wait they always run on time! Dr. Tim explained everything to me and laid out a plan to meet my goals. Kelly is always so friendly and quick to answer the phone! As long as I continue to see them I continue to be pain free! I highly recommend this office. I've been going there for over 2 years now and have zero complaints.
Great atmosphere! I have been going to Realm Chiropractic for about 3 months now. They are hands down amazing! I have suffered from migraines my whole life and this is definitely helping! Dr. Tim and Dr. Nick are wonderful and always having me laughing! Kelly is the best, super welcoming from day one! I highly recommend Realm Chiropractic to everyone.
Our entire family has been going to Realm since January. They are great about treating each of us individually even though we all go together. They ask at each appointment if anything has changed, is bothering us, etc. I can't believe how much each of us has improved while we have been going there. We have weekly appointments and it has never been an issue to fit us all in at the same time. I would recommend Realm to anyone thinking about chiropractic care!
I’ve been going to Realm Chiropractic for over a year now and what a difference it has made! My posture, lower back pain, and athletic performance have all improved. The doctors know you and your needs on a personal level. They give you the tools to feel your best and the environment is very welcoming.
