I ordered a car with Bynco. Three days later I receive a call informing me that they don't have the car I ordered anymore and the only solution given to me was to purchase a similar and more expensive car. After I left a bad review I got a call from them and they apologized about my previous experience and offered me a discount for the inconvenience if I chose to buy another car with them. So I picked a second car and waited for the delivery. About one hour before I should have received the car (this is 7 days after I ordered it), I receive a call informing me the car has some major body damage and the sales person asks me if I still want the damaged car. The car looked perfect in the pictures on the web. At that point, the situation was: * I had taken the day off work to receive the car * I had hired an insurance for the car * I had paid for the car * I had planed my holidays counting on having a car (I travel with a dog, not having the car made it impossible for me to go on holidays). To summarize, my experience with Bynco was the opposite of what they advertise: * Lots of hassle * They don't always have all the cars they advertise on the site * The pictures on the site do not reflect the actual condition of the car * Sales people pushing you to make decisions which are not on your best interest * Unable to deliver the ordered car (twice) My advice: stay away from them. If you find a car you like in their site, you can always go to the dealer web page and get the same car for a cheaper price.

As an expat in The Netherlands, I was a bit scared when I decided to buy a second hand car. Because in my homeland it’s a bit of a tricky business. You need to make sure the other party is trustworthy. You need to have an understanding of cars so that you don’t get ripped off. You need to know a good garage and get the car checked there before signing off. With bynco, none of these was an issue at all. I choose something from the website. Called them and asked a few questions, and then in a week I had a truck on my door carrying my new car. The guy who delivered it spent an hour with us showing around the car. Only after that I did the transfer and signed some papers. The car was in perfect condition. It was as easy as buying something from amazon. After a week I had an unfortunate accident with my new car. I had to deal with the insurance, the garage etc. All through this I was in contact with bynco. They helped with everything even after the car was already sold and they did not really had to help me. Highly recommended.
Niet aan beginnen. Noodgedwongen 1 ster, geeneens een kwart van een ster waard. Voordat ze akkoord geven voor je financiering is je gewenste auto al van 8 eigenaren veranderd. Je moet veel moeite doen om alle gewenste documenten te versturen. en na 1 week wachten word je gebeld om een nieuwe auto te zoeken. Ze kunnen niets beloven over het leveren van je gewenste auto maar kunnen wel vragen of je een auto uit hogere prijsklasse wilt ? Met 1 woord: schandalig

Top ervaring gehad met Bynco. Ik ben altijd achterdochtig ten opzichte van autoverkopers, zo ook tegenover Bynco als tussenpersoon in eerste instantie. Echter, het is een zeer goede gok gebleken om met ze in zee te gaan. De auto die geleverd werd voldeed in principe aan alle verwachtingen. Bleek tijdens de inspectie bij aflevering dat er een ventilatieklepje kapot was en dat er winterbanden op de auto zaten, maar nadat ik dat bij Bynco had gemeldt hebben ze het erg netjes opgelost. De verkopende partij heeft uiteindelijk alles in orde gemaakt na tussenkomst van Bynco. Dat is dus top service, zelfs na de 14 dagen waarin de koop nog ontbonden kon worden. Ze blijven je vooruit helpen. In direct overleg met de verkopende partij had ik dit waarschijnlijk niet voor elkaar gekregen. Ook antwoorden ze snel via verschillende kanalen en op een vriendelijke manier. Wat mij betreft boven verwachting en volgende keer koop ik zeker weer mijn auto daar!
