Bought a spectacle for my son about a year back by the end of January, 2020 but within a year of its purchase, i.e. January, 2021 it turned out to be defective. But it was the overwhelming support and response extended by Himalaya Optical Uttarpara and their staff members who helped repair the spectacle in its original condition without charging any amount. The cordial behavior of the staff members in dealing with matters is also worth noting.
Bought contact lenses..Got a super service.. They are helpful enough..

Have good collection of frames particularly for children which makes this outlet in Uttarpara special from some of the other outlets in Kolkata and surroundings. Staff members are very nice and takes care of every aspect related to spectacles. Overall experience is very nice.
