The team at Bagshaws, Uttoxeter recently dealt with my house sale. They were professional, efficient and helped me throughout the whole process. They ensured the sale ran smoothly from start to finish, kept me informed of any progress and worked incredibly hard on my behalf. The entire team were a pleasure to work with but I have to give special thanks to Grace who regularly contacted me, dealt with any issues and kept me calm when I lost the house I was buying just 2 weeks before completion ! I would not hesitate to recommend Bagshaws, Uttoxeter.
What is there to say? We have just exchanged contracts and will complete next week. It's taken 18 weeks from viewing due to various bottlenecks along the way. The dealings we had with Grace were Efficient, and when both legal teams seemed to be putting \trivial\ issues with the land registry on the back burner, she was able to somehow get it sorted.
Very helpful team who went above and beyond to get us over some very large obstacle, Can't fault them. Very approachable.
Great guys down there always helped out wherever possible.
