My wife and I visited yesterday (Saturday 12th) specifically to purchase goods to make up a Christmas hamper. We knew we would not be disappointed as we had called in before and knew of the extensive range of products available. Having made our choices we selected a cardboard box hamper, but there was no packing material left to go with it. On asking about this a very kind lady from the gift shop counter went to make up a pack for us, great service we thought, and it got better. A young assistant by the name of Katie Dawson came and found us trying out the box for size when she brought the packing material to us. She recommended a certain way to pack which maximized the space available and told us she would be happy to do this for us! She then proceeded to pack and wrap the hamper in a side room, putting everything onto the till system as she went. Then she took us straight to the main checkout where everything was already logged for us. We were so impressed by how kind and efficient she was that I had to ask her name so I could let the owners know what a great member of staff they have in Katie. Thank you very much. This wonderful service and attention to detail will ensure two loyal customers. Thank you again Katie. Pete and Jackie Martin.

A nice example of upmarket farm shop s. Butchers really good , all quality goods from food to clothes . Not the place to go for bargain shopping. Would definitely go back. Staff very professional and keen to help.
