My elderly cat had an abscess on his tooth. I got an appointment very quickly and he was operated on the same afternoon to remove his tooth. He was discharged in the evening with medication and paperwork showing his X-rays and how to care for him after surgery. I was kept informed about his progress and the costs all the way through. He has recovered well and is back to normal. Sarah (the vet) showed care and consideration for his well-being and was very professional. The nurses (Fran and Gracie) are great and I always get an appointment when I need one, even at short notice, which is very comforting as my animals are all elderly now.

I called in the afternoon as my cat was ill and hadn’t been able to get an appointment with my usual vet. (We have recently moved to Rocester) I called and got an appointment that afternoon, and the reception staff and vet that treated my cat were amazing, understanding and professional. My cat is now back to himself again after receiving medication.
