so dissapointed at the lady who served me on friday1pm, she was extremely rude, horrible customer service, people like her should not be allowed to serve customers because they know nothing about representing a company!! SHOCKING ATTITUDE!!!

We are stopping premier inn next door. Popped in the get some supplies. The women who works there is so utterly rude. She hasn't a clue and quite frankly has a disgusting behaviour. Told my wife that she wasn't a bank manager and asked her to place money on the counter in front of her not hand it to her. Left shaking as that angry and to be honest cant believe spar employs someone like this. If I could rate it 0 stars I would.

Avoid this godforsaken hole. Stopped to use the toilets but never seen such terrible facilities. Everything broken or not working (including taps and hand dryers), paper all over the floor, filthy. From the looks of it there's only one person staffing the whole place - Gregg's had all the lights off, Subway was deserted, one cashier at the tills. Didn't go in Starbucks or Burger King.
