Staff pleasant and the pork pie best ever tasted

Great value and quality, but first butcher to served us basically said we were wasting his time. In a round about way he told us to stop wasting his time, go back home and he would not serve us anymore. Time was between 4pm and 5pm on 4/11/20. In the end we spend over 85 with another of their butchers, but we were left with a bad impression from the first. Also their offals were just full of liver with a little bit of kidney and heart. Liver does stay fresh even when frozen.

Best Chicken i've ever eaten and their pies, Staffordshire honey and pork isn't bad either! You can't beat this old fashioned local butchers :)

1st time I had used Sargeants and would highly recommend them, excellent quality of meat and brilliant customer service. Would definitely use them again
