We needed to take our cat in for an emergency visit and Glenthorne couldn't have been more helpful. We're not actually customers of theirs (will be now!) but after being told we would need to drive over an hour for our nearest out of hours practice, after our cat had collapsed and wouldn't move, we were relieved to find Glenthorne, who were quick to get us in to their practice. The vet we saw was extremely informative and accommodating, and we felt instantly at ease knowing she was caring for our pet. Thank you all so much!

Took dog to be put to sleep after 16 years it was so hard the vet was brilliant and that's where the problem started they said he would be taken to Cambridge for cremation not green pastures where all our others have gone did not seem to be a good idea ended up taking him our selves and they were brilliant was a horrible end to a horrible day
Wonderful staff, truly caring and compassionate. They have taken excellent care of our dog throughout his ongoing treatment for cancer.
