BACKGROUND ASG has its origin in the middle of 80’s when we started a consultation company named AcmA – Active Marketing Oy to develop customers’ business processes and customer communication as well as customer contact administration. After ten years of consultative co-operation with our customers, they turned to us requesting assistance with ict purchase and implementation projects. We strengthened our organization with employees who had deep knowledge and experience about ict technology. During the process we also changed the company name to ACC Group. As a quite natural outcome, the customers’ started to request delivery, on-duty and support services for their ict solutions from us. To fulfill customers’ needs concerning consultation services and contact center solutions as well as on-duty and support services in 2008, we started the ASG company group. A new business area opened for us in 2017 when after a long period of preparation activities, we obtained possibilities to offer a multimedia cloud solution with all thinkable channels/medias and dynamic user right administration on subscription basis to our customers.
