Where to begin... Worst repair experience I have had in a long time. This individual had the washer for around three months. He would not respond to text messages or phone calls. I finally got in contact with the individual after calling from a different number and by leaving a vague message. He apologized for taking so long and guaranteed that he would deliver the machine to Rio Frio that Saturday. That was two weeks ago. I sent my employees to pick up washer this morning. It was in pieces in his back yard exposed to the elements and covered in surface rust. The machine is trashed and now needs to be replaced. Oh and to give credit where credit is due, thank you Sears for recommending this guy we now need to buy a new washer, but it will most definitely not be from you.

I am extremely disappointed and angry. We made the mistake of paying upfront for our services, he had to order a part. My machine was working before he worked on it ( it was loud and the bearing were going out ). Took him well over a month to come back when part came in. When he got done my utility room floor was and mess, I cleaned it and put a load of clothes in, machine quit working when spin cycle came on and leaked from the bottom now. They would not return my calls or text and finally got a text from the wife. Weeks later I have had to buy a new washer. I am so angry and disgusted by this man and company. Complete con artist!
