Love the service I had when I first opened my policies. It's changed so much now that they aren't able to use their phones at work. I work night shift in corrections... usually it was much easier to do everything over the phone. To text for a payment.. to open new policies.. I do everything else over the phone except this one bill. Sometimes I just don't have the time to go over there when I'm working. I work out of town and the reason I loved the place so much was for the convenience of being able to access everything through the cell phone.
