Denham Manor is a lovely lovely home. Despite having some concern's about putting my mother in to a Care Home during a global pandemic. it turned out to be the best decision for Mum. The last few months of her life were filled with joy and happiness. The staff are brilliant and they really get to know someone. Top quality care from all involved. A HUGE thank you from the family. Well done.

Denham manor is a beautiful Home with periodic features, the staff and care provided in my opinion is outstanding. The staff can not do enough for you and go out of their way to help you. I can not recommend the home enough. If you are thinking about putting your loved one into care then this is the one. A thank you from me to the team at Denham. :)

A yr ago tomorrow 12.02.2020 my mum age 94 passed away after 2 yrs. I would state her care was adequate and inconsistent. A couple of weeks prior to her demise the South Bucks Adult Care team were called in by another resident which resulted in my mums care being questioned and a full investigation took place. It was awful and sadly too little too late as mum passed in the midst of it.Placing a loved one in a home is a major decision and I would urge you to explore all options and care plans thoroughly. Sadly I will not recommend DM

Denham Manor provides top class care. It is a beautiful care home in a lovely part of Buckinghamshire. I was very impressed with the respite care my aunt received.

When I went to view the Manor I thought it was nice staff were friendly.When. Got there we were taken to her room.A nurse come along she hadn’t a clue no training was given a list to tick off a long list.I was there an hour and a half before I left. There was a chair an electric chair they hadn’t bothered to plug it in Mum struggled to get up.The bed was like a wooden bunk bed Next to it was a window .Mum woke wanting to get to the toilet she pressed her buzzer and got shouted at by the night support. She wouldn’t ask again .The window come open wide open and she got cold in the bed to frightened to call anyone. She ended up having to be seen by the doctor. The only time she got out the room was when my daughters visited her.I was told they were taken down to the dining area for there meals .She never got taken there at all.I was told there was a room and a piano and she would be taken there that didn’t happen.I was told if she didn’t like the food they would get her somthing different also didn’t happen .Most of her meals were cold .Cups of tea were served with sugar in she doesn’t take sugar she’s a diabetic. They didn’t help her to shower till the last day.Her bed was filthy and hadn’t been changed.I put her in there because i needed a break .Because she’s been having hypos and been In And out of hospital. when I picked her up she said I made her a prisoner that’s all she would say to me it was a week later she told me everything she was so upset .I won’t be putting her there again .Id say read all the reviews before you decide to leave them .Now I’ve read them I wished I’d never left her there and I won’t be putting her into another one after this .Elderly deserve better .
