Ordered and paid for nearly one month ago. Despite numerous phone calls, which sometimes get answered, sometimes the phone just rings, and emails, sometimes get answered, mostly get ignored, the people on one phone line cannot deal with online orders! the package has still not been delivered. I managed to finally speak to someone and was told that they had mucked up due to their new online site, then nothing, then I chased again and was finally emailed stating item had been delivered and now they are investigating with Royal Mail. So I have paid nearly a month ago and have to chase up every day and I still have not received my order. Awful customer service, avoid avoid avoid :(

ONLINE ORDERS - AVOID AT ALL COST: I'm giving one star for their online services. Three weeks of waiting instead of 5 days (as written on their website). The store itself might be good. They let you buy items that are out of stock which means your order can't be processed but you still have your money taken straightaway. If you don't contact them, you will not have any updates. I ordered several items including boots that were apparently out of stock. I asked for another size, being between 2 sizes it could work. The employee explained they would have to check the warehouse and get back to me. Once again, I had to contact them to get updates. They didn't have the item at all and refunded it. I asked for the remainder of my order to be delivered straightaway. Never got a reply in 9 days. I emailed several times asking for updates. No reply. I called and they told me the items would arrive on the same day or the next. Nothing arrived. I called again (took ages to reach them) to be told my order would arrive the next day and that one other item was in fact out of stock and so it wouldn't be delivered. Finally, they put the wrong address on the parcel therefore it couldn't be delivered and I have to wait 3 more days to get it. I checked on my account THE ADDRESS IS CORRECT. I never received any tracking information, my order has been deleted from their website, 50% of my order was in fact fictional. The only positive thing was that the refunds were quick.
