Very rude lady dealing with customers. John should be aware that she’s costing him customers. Simple courteous and respectful behaviour isn’t too much to ask for. Too bad as the place looks like a nice place to shop for your home garden.

Possibly the most beautiful garden shopping experience, love it. My last two homes gardens were purchased thru John, wish I had more space to add more!
Called in to enquire about making an appointment. Made the mistake of asking if they had an available appointment today, Sunday May 31st. The women on the phone actually laughed at me. Not a snicker or a gasp, she burst out in laughter at the notion that they might have an available appointment today . I was embarrassed. I chose this location because they are working by appointment only. I respect the commitment to health and safety. I really wish my call was handled with the same regard and appreciation.
an enchanting setting with exceptional service! John, Scott & Nick were so knowledgeable and helpful. They delivered our plants/trees faster than expected with courteous service and attention to detail. We have found our newest favourite place to shop and made new friends - highly recommend!!
