Embarking in Hamburg took full 3 hours, longest queue I have ever waited in my life, even I am originally from China, I have not experienced anything close. We arrived at 1pm and waited in a very crowded queue, first wait for get in to the departure terminal, then wait for checkin, then security control. It is not very organized and the checkin process is very slow and very rely on manual, only 2 computers as I noticed. We got on ship 4pm, and very tired. Disembarking in Southampton took more than 1 hour, there is several lines and congestions in queue, only one gangway opened. So we stand in queue for more than one hour and missed the train we purchased tickets in advance. We asked crew for help but they refused.

Great coffee helpful staff
Dreadful experience. Discrimination against disabled people. No opportunity for wheelchair users to get off the ship in several ports. Thought a 30 day cruise of the Indian Ocean would be great but alas spoilt by MSC. Food terrible. Poor selections on menu some food actually inedible. Reception staff gave out lots of mixed and contradictory messages. Don't go by MSC unless you are desperate. I wrote about my concerns and complaints and have had no response. Further evidence that they are a don't care firm.
fantastic people here doing a great job and made me feel very welcome.. and the food wasn't bad either
This place looks prestigious from outside but, DONT FALL for it, its just about gossip and character assassination. Anyone looking for good job prospects WILL NOT find it here, no room for promotion and only heart ache.
