Primarily use the ATM machine but have interacted with staff inside and had no problems. This part of the strip mall is not busy but parking can be a little tricky.

My visit at this branch made me cancel all my accounts with RBC. Nancy was being very nasty and rude towards me. I just wanted to know my options for rebates on the monthly fee for my chequings account! Lost a lifelong customer!
