Best Bank Ever! I think the previous reviews was during a time they were working out technology glitches. I too had the web system (over a year ago) book me at a Scotia bank for an appointment not local for me. However no regrets joining the Uxbridge branch they have been heads over heels perfect! Just walk in and meet face to face like a human, you will have no complaints.

Hands down the best service I have EVER had!! Went in after a bad experience in Stouffville and they went over and beyond to help me out of a glitchy situation. Actually, I have to admit, because of Stouffville, I went in here with very little patience (witch is a low move of me!) and the staff insisted on doing everything to help me. Not only did they keep me from closing my account, but they helped me transfer from my Quebec branch to theirs with very little hassle. Thank you Kaitlyn & others who pitched in!
Arrived there 4 minutes before closing and they opened the doors for me and answered all of my questions. Friendly and quick service!
Can't quickly call and talk to a branch directly. First spend a few minutes on the automated phone menu to then be connected to a branch support group (not the branch), wait time 7 more minutes, to finally ask to be connected to the branch. This is good customer service? I could drive to the branch in less time.
Absolutely terrible service!! Nobody answering phone calls. Called 4 extensions in branch and nobody to talk too. A simple yes or no.... Are you working? Call center put me on hold to see if he could, and was denied as well. Sorry but unacceptable to customers and the service that this bank provides. Actually doesn't merit any stars.
