We had our new house's carpet cleaned before moving in and had asked about the tile floor being cleaned as well. He told us the tile was not that dirty and didn't think it needed it at this time. We appreciate the professionalism and honesty shown as well as the great job they did cleaning our carpets. We will definitely be using them again in the future!

Excellent, excellent, excellent. W And Y Carpet Cleaning are here now, and as I write this the dirt from two kids, two cats, and general wear and tear grime are being slucked off of my couch and armchairs. Really happy with the upholstery service -- the couch looks new! And I so much enjoy my clean rugs!
