Amongst other complains, the latest is when I asked for and bought an expensive changeover switch with the owner himself assuring me of quality. It developed manufacturing fault internally immediately upon installation and yet the owner is non nonchalant about it saying it had been sold and cannot be changed, that I should forward the picture to the manufacturer and pay for another changeover. N/B The former changeover had been used for over 2 years with no internal fault except a slightly deformed cover due to user error which I changed to the new one for aesthetics purpose only.
