If I could give zero stars I would. She was rude and told us that she would not alter a dress because we were taking too long to decide how short we wanted it. She told us that we were wasting her time. I have used them exclusively for my alterations since I was a teen and have never been talked to so rudely. She repeated said she would not alter dress and then turned an loudly spoke about us in her native language to everyone else in the shop. This behavior is rude and not conducive for staying in business. I cannot recommend anyone to ever go to this place unless you just like to be talked down to for no reason.
