Beautiful view, nice environment but the service leaves so much to be desired. Rude, slow and just not present. Waited to be served forever and when I got served I wished I was not. I guess given it’s tourist who come here no repeat customer then you can do what you want.

I booked a table for 4. When I came, all tables near to window having good view were reserved so we were directed to some no-view table. At the end of the meal - 9pm, I asked and got to know the reserved tables are prepared for tomorrow guests. Incredible!!!!
They totally forgot our lunch order (took a long time). Perhaps they should invest in tablets so orders will go directly to the kitchen instead of using pen and paper

Nice cafe with a good view on Germany. Vapors from the power plants and balloons look amazing. Prices normal
