Horrible customer service. I tried to get my hands on a drone battery that they used to sell. There was info that I should contact the customer service as they did not carry the product anymore. I called the customer service to get annoyed customer service person on the line asking why I am calling about a product that's not available anymore. Let's just say I wasn't as calm as I should have been after hearing his attitude but I feel as ex customer service supervisor I would have never let any of my workers act like that.

Good and helpful staff. Ordered several items from here in the past and never had any issues with orders by mail or in-store, even getting good and well thought through answers when wanting "techie" -advice for a new pc-build or the like.

Awesome if you need computer components and other electronics. Quite many components on the shelf except processors and graphics cards. Lots of peripherals.

I do not recommend this place ever again. Bought my mouse _3 months ago_ from multitronic (30 mouse), i brought it back on warranty because it was behaving weirdly. They tested it, and confirmed it had the issue i reported. So they said it'll take 2 weeks to get it repaired. I even had to _beg_ to get to lend a mouse while the other mouse is being repaired. Common sense states that you get a new mouse if the other one is broken. But not at multitronic. I've given enough money to this company to never again go back here.
