This is the worst store I’ve ever had to deal with. It took them 12-16 weeks to deliver one piece, after that time the order came in the wrong color, so again we waited for another month to get a pick up notice again, and... wrong color again. This time they gave us a piece of fabric in the right material to fix it ourselves (this wasn’t ikea price, I don’t want to diy my own sofa, sorry if that’s too much to ask for). After much frustration I decided to keep the wrong color because I couldn’t be bothered to do the charge myself. Hold and behold! Another month goes by and sotka calls to demand their wrong color fabric back I hope that they aren’t about to sell it as new to some poor costumer
