Great business, they have exceptional customer service! I called with some questions about what they offer and about any military discounts the man I talked to was courteous, respectful, and knowledgeable. I was treated fairly and received a good price on the rental. I would definitely recommend this business to ANYONE who is looking for a rental. Other places don't compare to the amazing service I got at Aaction rents.
The equipment broke down from the get go. I called Clayton to get a fix. He talk to the mechanic and the mechanic answer was “there shouldn’t be anything wrong with the equipment, and that I was just probably trying to get freeby” i complained about the disrespectful treatment..... Clayton, the manager sided with the mechanic and wanted to charge me for the rental, which I never used.
