Great location. Close to lot of fast food and other eateries. Great manager. Good neighbors.
Not saying it's a bad trailer park but, the lady Nora scammed my grandmother out of paying for an application fee and telling us that they we're saving a spot. Beware if ur filling out the application. Might try to say there isn't enough information and take your money. 2 applications that's 50 bucks these people rip off respectful soon-to-be tenants. If I had the chance to go back, I would have never wasted my time, because the three/four days the lady said that she had a spot, she called n said you've been rejected and we're notifying you via email, just how terribly and A SCAM our management is. My expirence with this management is great.The manager is very good they are strict,seems that they go by the rules.Its a quiet place to live you don't have to worry about stranger wondering around the community I love it !
