I gave a 1 star for the cleanliness of the park. After viewing a few homes, I went to management to complete an application. One home really caught my eye at 75,000. It was vintage, but well-maintained. The space rent was supposedly 650. But, after speaking to management, she said it was 725...AND, you had to make 5 times the rent!! I would have met their requirement at 650, but I could not at 725. I asked if my character references and excellent credit would make the difference....she said NO! So, in essence, they are DISCRIMINATING against middle income and, especially, lower income people.....who have excellent credit. I am a single woman and I have worked very hard my whole life.....and continue to work until I retire in the next couple of years. I was trying to get closer to my daughter who is pregnant with her first child. So, unless you are wealthy and/or have a double income household, you cannot afford to live here. And, when you try to sell your home here, it is going to make it that much more difficult. This is by no means a resort park. They offer an older clubhouse & pool. Management says they require 5 times your income because they have had trouble with people who can't afford the rent when in spikes every year. Go figure! Sadly, this is a family-run property whose new generation of owners discriminate against hard-working people who have cared for their homes and are responsible enough to maintain excellent credit for years. AND, they claim to be CHRISTIAN!!

Clean and quiet I hear. I would be interested in buying there if I knew the age restrictions. I am 54 and disabled but can still drive. I will be 55 in February.
Clean and quiet upscale senior mobile home park. Park is spotless, has a parking facility for RV's, and the people are kind and look out for one another.
