Friendly staff but thanks to covid they can't schedule appointments within a responsible time frame. My daughter needs to be seen and we've been waiting months to find out that the appointment was never made and we are supposed to wait 4 more months!! Complete bs and they don't seem to care..

Let me just say that I very rarely write reviews, but these wonderful people deserve it. Every time I walk in, everyone is so sweet and welcoming, especially Bella!(: They always make sure I'm nice and comfortable, and they give me great advice for my oral health without making me feel pressured at all. Unfortunately I'm going to have to find a new dentist when I move to Oregon but I'll definitely be back when I'm in town, and would recommend them to everyone I know! Seriously, you guys are the best!\u003c3

I have been going to Dr. T for about 3 years. I had been happy with this office the staff is nice and clean. Recently I cracked a tooth over a weekend when their office was closed, so I went to another dentist that was able to get me in right away. That dentist wanted to do a crown over the broken tooth but couldn’t get to it right away so I decided to just make an appointment with my trusted dentist Dr. T. By the time Dr T was able to get me in it had been a week since I had broken my tooth. I went in for the appointment (which I thought was to get the crown) and all Dr. T did was a mouth exam and x-rays. Then told me I needed braces (6,000 dollars) and a mouth guard (1,000 dollars) to prevent any future breaks with my teeth. I asked him what about my tooth that was already broken and he told me it wasn’t that bad and that it would heal on it’s own within 6-8 weeks. Which didn’t sound right I had never heard that teeth could heal themself, but he kept telling me how it wasn’t completely cracked. Since he had been a good dentist in the past I decided to give the tooth some time and see if Dr. T was right. 4 weeks later and the tooth is truly cracked where I can wiggle the broken part around so I decided to go back to Dr. T to have him look at it again and he was in complete denial that the tooth was cracked when I had previously been in the office. When I told him it had definitely been cracked last time I was there he started talking circles and patient blaming me. Now after five weeks with a broken tooth I’m forced to find a new dentist. Dr. T seems nice and knowledgeable at first but be very wary of him.

Don't walk, RUN away from this hotbed of fraud. Seem strange that they are \finding problems\ that your last dentist never found? That's because they're faked to make money. Seem strange that they want to emove and redo\ all the fillings your last dentist did? That's because it's all faked to make money. They'll corner you and make you sign that services were performed that you never got. It's all hidden in acronyms. They'll try to charge every possible service under the sun to your insurance. Just do your own investigating. They bank on people being gullible and never checking things out or asking what all the extra charges are. When they know you're gullible, they'll also prompt you for a 5-star review; they spend hours every day trying to keep all the bad reviews off their pages. Consider this your saving grace and your sign from above! Don't go here!!!

First let me say that upfront, Bella is very welcoming & friendly. I've only dealt with Jennifer & I'm more than satisfied with her quality of work. She's very attentive, super gentle, and does a superb job of informing me about what is taking place. I'm not big on dental visits, but I feel comfortable in Jennifer's care.
