I placed my order online and when I picked them up I noticed that some of the letters were cut off from the photo card I made. The photo employee was super helpful, he gave me tips so it wouldn’t happen again but helped me fix the issue there so I could have my prints to take home right then. Thank you so much! It’s nice to see there are still people who go above and beyond to be helpful :)

I wanted some passport photos. After 50 minutes of waiting they gave me 2 of 4 photos I asked, and I had to keep waiting for the other 2. For some basic passport photos. Worst service ever.
