I was TDY in California and had a major impulse buy urge and ended up in Zales. I wish I could remember my sales lady's name, but she was the best. She listened to what I wanted and showed me the things I wanted to see but what made it a great visit was the fact she went the extra mile. She got me a great discount on my purchase and since I was walking around she even hooked me up with a bag from a random store so I didn't have to walk around with the flashy Zales bag. You rock sales lady.

It was the best customer service I’ve ever experienced in a jewelry/retail store. It felt like Jennifer and Lindsey were really interested in me and creating the ring that I wanted. From day one, they listened, Jennifer made courtesy phone calls and both of them put in the effort over a period of 3 months to make my ring vision a reality. They ROCK! They are the reason I will continue to shop at Zales. When the day came for me to see the ring choices and choose, the entire staff got involved and made it an unforgettably special experience. The only person I will deal with there is lauren? Or Lindsey? Maybe but the guy who may even be the manager? Is extremely rude to me the one time I went in there about a receipt of previous jewelry from there. You’d think as the manager your customer service should be idk... at least semi decent? Preferably excellent but I’d settle for decent... But no my fiancé wanted to use a coupon he got on the sales credit card for my engagement ring and the guy said no... like come on... we all know you could just return it and resell it to us... like your store will only lose 50 and now I actually just want to return my ring and go else where just so I never have to deal with him again not even about the 50 it’s about to way you treat people. I refuse to go in there if he’s there from now on. Don’t be rude to customers no matter how small the thing they come into your store for because you could potentially be losing an engagement ring sale just because you treated someone rudely once. But then again he doesn’t seem like the kind of manager that really cares about sales or customer service.
