Amazing service. Went there for an authentication request and they helped me with a few options. While I was there, they adjusted my bracelet free of charge. Proactively showed me their new overseas collection and gave me some helpful customisation options for my current overseas watch. Top notch service!

I bought a cornes de vache rose gold from a Ms Degouveia at 52k in June 2020. Absolutely fantastic service. I have a watch collection of only 13 watches valued at 300k, and this is my first vacheron - so given my retail customer status and the fact that I didn’t own a vacheron, I was expecting a reasonable service (taking into account the amount I was spending) not this level. Everything was perfect - the pre sale service (reserving and paying a deposit), at the boutique (watch prepared with loupe) and after sales service (getting a tax refund). I have bought at Patek, AP, Rolex, Hublot and Panerai. Very good, but not even close to this. If you like vacheron, buy here.

Came with my dad find a watch for him, the asian staff in there was extremely rude with a \you-can't-afford-that\ face. So, went out without second thought bought a Patek then. :)
