Took my roomba in to have it looked at as it stopped charging well. Got it back the next day. Super friendly shop owner, Marcell, excellent repair pricing and the guy even has his cat with him at his shop every day, very friendly little fellow. Two very enthusiastic thumbs up. Highly recommend and will definitely go back for any future vacuum needs.

A coworker recommended as my Oreck canister vaccum needed a new switch. I brought it to them on Friday and picked back up same day. Had to replace using a Dyson switch as you can no longer get same switch but it's working and good to go. Highly recommend over this small owned business versus taking to Oreck as I would have had to wait and the cost would have been more. Check them out if your vaccum is in need of repair.
I was pleasantly surprised than my Dyson is up and running great after a visit to K Vacuum. It has been sitting on a shelf for two years after the suction had completely stopped. Knowing what I had paid for it originally, I was convinced I could not afford to get it repaired. I finally spoke to the nice gentlemen who assured me he will tell me how much it will cost to repair at no charge to me. Wow, it was about 150. He replaced the seals and cleaned it up like new. I’m sure there were other things he did, but when he turned it on so I could see and feel the suction and it was clean as the day I got is about 7 years ago, I could not believe how fair the repair cost was. Also the gentleman was very nice and explained what all he had done to my husband. I highly recommend this repair shop.
I brought my Dyson in and they diagnosed the problem within an hour and it was ready to be picked up the same day.
Great price for my repair. Very nice gentleman. He upgraded my brush and one other belt and complimented my vaccume for being good quality. (I purchased it after researching on consumer reports recommendations). Vaccume functioned better than brand new. MUCH much cheaper than trying to buy a new vaccume cleaner. Very satisfied, would recommend!!
