Used him several times for service and repair of my Dyson. Really helpful and honest chap, would highly recommend. Ignore the negative reviews, they are just about the fact he closes at lunch. Just ring before you go, that's my advice.

Went to go into shop today Friday at just past 2pm and it was shut, why on earth would it be shut at this time. Just lost my business. Seller responded saying there was a note on the door. THERE WAS NO NOTE ON THE DOOR. AND STILL RIDICULOUS CLOSING TIME 1PM TIL 2.15PM NEVER HEARD SUCH NONSENSE. You have a lovely lovely evening too.

Avoid this place. The shop used to be good but the new people running it haven't got a clue what they're doing. I was messed around for a week just trying to get a price to fix my vacuum, wouldn't call me back, didn't turn up when they said they would, terrible service. When I was finally able to get my vacuum back (not repaired) I was told they were waiting for parts to come in but I had only asked for a price. That tells me trial and error was going to be the diagnostic method. I hope the guy doing the repairs learns quickly because he truly doesn't know what he's doing.
