I ordered this Amazing Parsi dish called TURKISH MENEMEN WITH BASIL & CHEESE (Eggless), Pita bread and Mawa cupcake. So it's very rare to find Parsi cuisine in Vadodara but now BAWA MAWAAH is serving Best Parsi Dish and currently they are Doing only Home delivery. So the taste of this Dish was very amazingly and tasty. Very similar to Shakshouka but with some twist ,basically this dish served with eggs but Bawa mawaah has eggless option also and Quality is very impressive so it's must try item from their menu. Mawa cupcake was also amazing one.
Shakshuka from @bawamawaah is a perfect dish if you love eggs . It had three poached eggs on the top with nice pepper and tomato sauce with a Parsi touch ️. And the pita bread with it so fresh and home baked .

Salt was a bit extra in it.. if that will be balanced then it will be perfect.This dish is served with pita bread.People who love eggs and innovative dishes should definitely try this . All the ingredients they use from oil to vegetables are of premium quality and the same can be felt when having their delicacies . As Parsi food is rare to find and the ingredients they use are of premium quality which includes exotic veggies as well, charges of the dishes are pretty high but no sacrifice in quality and taste. They have some authentic flavours in their dishes! I really enjoyed their Shakshuka ane salli par eedu(eggs). More than satisfied with the quality of food & yes their mawa cake is just out of the world, definitely a must try!
