Please dont buy any AC from this dealer. AT the time of purchasing he tells and commits many things but when the product is not working properly he always says he will solve it and blame us that problem is at our end and he doesn't give any solution to it. He behaves rudely and during warranty period also he says that he will not repair and do the service. He says that if we buy AC from him that doesn't mean that we have purchased him he si not here to solve problems. I had taken 3 AC from this dealer and 2 AC's are in warranty period within 3 months the AC is giving issues and twice he changed the part but when I asked permanent solution and the third time when I Told him again the same issue he says problem is of your voltage and not AC. I took suggestions from the Electrician and also the other AC service people they all said if voltage problem the compressor will go first. I requested him to please check the PCB and give me a permanent solution he denied it. If people like us buy a brand Mitusbhishi and then also this dealer says that if we speak rudely or on high volume he says he will do a police complaint and also he said JAo jo karna hai karlo mein nahi change karunga na hee aadmi ko bhejunga.He ill treated us and spoke as if we are beggars and said bahar uthva k fek dunga.. Is this a way to speak when our product is under warranty. I think Mitsubishi Compnay should take away their dealership with him or their brand name will also be spoiled. He also said go and do direct complain in customer care and he said the 2 times which the motor swing motor which he changed he said he has paid for it and Mitsubishi company doesn't pay for it he has done from his pocket which I think is not possible. Please I REQUEST ANYONE AND EVERYONE DONT BUY ANY BRAND OF AC FROM THIS DELAER AS YOU ALL WILL HAVE TO REPENT IT LATER AS I AM DOING IT.

I think the person who quoted above misguides others. The Staff here is quite helpful and you can get all correct technological information along with competitive prices of all brands of AIR CONDITIONERS . I believe ACs are high value product and one must have correct knowledge before buying this prestigious product . Even they follow Service Protocol time to time . I strongly suggest to visit this place once before buying an air conditioner.
