Went for my work there 3 months back. In front of me I could see the problem in lady manager, who thinks this is some army camp. One young guy in front of me was asking about charges on his card, staff was not able to politely explain him what was deduction instead telling him, it's part of card this comes with card n all. And again one lower income guy might have opened his account here, so he asked to update his new passbook. Lady manager comes with a look for poor people hate and hand him the form to update his mobile and come back, I could clearly he was not well educated so he took and go like all innocent poor people. I mean this is private bank while behaviour like some army camp not friendly. Only the watchman and lady at entrance was helpful.

The entire building complex is pathetic especially in terms of parking infrastructure. Now regarding the bank itself, it is your typical local bank branch where undeserving people are employed. Most transactional services either dont function or the employees dont have any clue about it. My advice, avoid opening an account at this branch if you want peace of mind.

Customer friendly staff. They value customers. I went there for acount and the give me more knowledge about other features. They do work smartly. No need to criticised them. They are also human not a machine. They are doing there best.

The bank is well located right at akshar chowk. There are many counters and good waiting area. The staff are quite helpful. The only issue here is parking. The building doesnot allow customers cars to be parked at the basement and the road outside is under no parking zone.
