Bad experience @ bhayli branch opp Essar Petrol pump. don't bank with ICICI. while opening saving account they told FD is required minimum of 25,000. after saying I dont want to open account they opened it without FD. and not properly updated account and called multiple times for documents and also had to visit bank. Finally closing account.... Don't bank with ICICI. Harassing customer is what they do... Manager also behaved rudely after complaining to her......
