Owner n staff both not aware of updated rules of passport renewal.. very sad.. I have give 2 nos of passport renewal work paid in advance but not started work for 4 days.. I remind them about passport process that time owner said I forgot about yr work.. got appointment of 12.45 pm for passport renewal at Ahmedabad , I told him to that I will be there by 12.15 pm but owner said no I have to be there by 8 am in morning as they will close door. I said no nothing like that but he insists that be there by 8 am. I m from Baroda and have go to Ahmedabad. I reached by 8 am but as I said they don't allow before time and they said come as per appointment time... I was frustrating to wait for 4.5 hr in hot weather and no place to sit with 5 yr old son . Too dispointted from Such experienced agents.. paid in advance for affidavit but as per passport rule no affidavit require still I didn't ask for return fees of affidavit... And what after 15 days staff called me for extra money for affidavit .. how ???? What to say such a people... Highly dispointted.. never ever recommend... Have other better choice than R international...
