If I could rate this 10 stars, I would. Alyssa and her team are always top notch, and provide a unique European experience right in Vail. The food is incredible, and always presented with such precision and creativity. My wife and I had our rehearsal dinner at Almresi, and the team made that evening so special, it will forever been one of many highlights from our wedding weekend.

I can’t even get close to this place without my mouth starting to water. It’s so good!! The environment is so unique and adorable, it’s like you have been brought straight to the alps!! I love to potato soup, pretzels, and fondue! It is such a wonderful place to go after a ski day! It’s warm and comfortable! I totally recommend!!

Unique, culturally appropriate setting and attire of staff, I have traveled Europe and eaten pigs knuckle and strudel from Austria to Prague. I loved my experience, highly recommend

The music, furniture, and decorations really make you feel like you're in a cabin in Austria drinking some apfelkorn. Food was mediocre and service was pretty nonexistent. It was hard to get the attention of any of the two waitresses, then one waitress walked away while we were talking with her. Lastly, first thing ordered was a single beer and it came after the appetizers had been delivered and eaten (let's say 30 minutes after it was ordered). We were literally the 2nd table seated for the entire night at 5pm. So hard to believe they were so busy they couldn't pour a beer. Kind of ruined it for us right there. Only reason for 3 stars is the ambiance is awesome. If they could turn the food from average to great and improve the service.... it could be turned around. Would be sad for this place to nosedive considering the work that went into the interior decor.
