Overall working with VT&A solved the issue I was having with my taxes in an efficient manner. That said I felt the service was overpriced by the hour compared to what I have found since then. I was also irked that they didn't send bills which provide any detail of services other than the amount billed (e.g. 2 hours billed at 250 per hour). I was waiting for the outcome to pay but they demanded payment before the matter was resolved and then threaten with collections agency when I said I wanted to pay once complete.
