Super friendly and arranging staff. We used their backcountry skiing pack for 3 days and the quality was there while being 20/day cheaper than the other shops. 10/10 will come back again

Member of staff was rude and very unprofessional. Asked to try on a different pair of ski boots (in the same size) as the ones I tried on had a lump on the inside of the left boot which was very uncomfortable. He said straight away that they don’t have any other boots in that size, without even checking, and that I can either take those or leave. I don’t know why he was taking such offence to asking him to look for another pair, as all customers were trying on multiple boots to find the best fit. I requested then a bigger pair and he rudely said to me that I need to understand that they don’t have any bigger pairs. I wear a UK 5 / EU 38 size so there’s no way that was true. He then just up and left (and left us waiting for almost 10 min) to only return, see that we’re still there and tell us again that he can’t do anything. We already paid for the ski rental so we couldn’t just up and leave. I explained that to him and insisted that we need to work something out, and he scoffed at me, went into a cupboard for all of 15 seconds, came out with a different pair of boots and dropped them at my feet. Lo and behold, they were the same size they insisted they don’t have. Intersport should really look into hiring staff that can be bothered to do the most basic requirement of their job.

Friendly and service minded. Among the best equipped shops in Val Thorens. Most, but not all, of the staff speak English well. Very busy at peak hours in the weekends, when everybody returns and rents skis.

Very helpful staff in the shop. One of the few places in town with Mammut equipment, they helped me out greatly with my gear.

We rented at this shop for years. They always have good gear in stock, swapping is no problem and prices are normal. When I was injured, damaging my skis and losing my poles, they not only covered the costs, but even reimbursed me for the days and hours I could not ski. Unbelievable!

Very bad treatment by the guy who worked there. Left without renting. Went to the place across the street, they are really good!
