Aula práctica de la escuela de hostelería del Ies Matarraña. Platos muy elaborados y abundantes, atención exquisita por parte del alumnado. Menú degustación con productos de gran calidad y una presentación al nivel de los grandes restaurantes por sólo 20 con maridaje de vinos incluido, insuperable. Visita obligada y muy recomendada. Es imprescindible reservar.
