I have gone here for at least 4 years. Nice...clean...always busy which speaks volumes to me. Nice eye glass selections and friendly eye doctors. I stopped going only because we switched to Kaiser permanente which of course is an HMO. A decent eye care facility. If they would've had a coffee bar at the time I would have given 5 stars

Very rude front desk employee the man , and the way I see it is that I'm not the only one that thinks the dude needs to be fired. if you can't have good customer service with everyone or every race of people you should not be the first face patients see . He must be someone's family member cause

My son has been a patient here for going on 10 years. While their office staff seems to have improved over the years, their wait times are still ridiculous! You come in and sit for 30 minutes before they even check you in. They ALWAYS tell you to expect a \minimum of 4 hours\ even if you are just in for an exam and are not being dilated. It might take 4 hours but that's just because they leave you in the waiting room that long. There are often not enough chairs for all people waiting and it seems that when your child is doing better, they make up reasons for you to come back in. If you have ANY other option, try that first.
