On the other hand, the guy Eric in the service department was difficult to work with and DID NOT have good customer service in dealing with my concerns. Had a decent experience with their maintenance department. Only reason for the 2nd star. However, they have very shady advertising methods and sales staff. I receive letters all of the time from the 'sales manger' with what looks like handwritten notes (totally copied) saying "call me direct! I want to buy your car from you!" But when you call, you never get them and you end up talking to another sales rep. Same thing when you go in, the manager never talks to you. They also kept pushing me to buy new when I was looking for something specific. They took my info and said they would call, but they never do with a deal. Just more advertising. I do NOT recommend purchasing a vehicle from this establishment. They don't actually care about you, the consumer.

This one is for the service department. Thank you for listening to me, for checking my vehicle and ordering the replacement part while I was dealing with my Cadillac extended useless warranty that wanted to force me to use the GMC dealership that treated me like less than a human. I know you did not have to go all out like you did, and because of you I will be able to finish my journey to say farewell to the person that means the most to me. Thank you for not bouncing.
