I sold my zero waste shop in Bergen and moved to Valencia. One of the first days I went for a walk in my barrió and spotted Biosofia and felt immediately at home. This is the perfect neighborhood for me! Davide is super friendly and speak really well English but is still patient when I try to practice my Spanish. You can get everything you need for a vegan diet here if you want to keep it package free and do your own plant based milk and make your food from scratch. I love the water you get in a large returnable glass bottle. Carrying this up six flights of stairs adds to my weekly exercise program and it tastes so much better than from the tap or in plastic!

All organic store with very friendly owner! Mostly unpacked foods available and almost no plastic packagings! All fruits & veggies are seasonal and local from Valencia or at least nearby in Spain. ‘L.O.V.E. Es un lugar pequeño (pero creo que de lo más completos en Russafa), cumple las medidas de bioseguridad, hay gel hidroalcohólico a la entrada y se controla el aforo permitido. Aquí se encuentra mucha variedad de productos orgánicos y a granel (hay bolsas de papel de diferentes tamaños para que puedas tomar lo que necesites). La deco es muy acogedora, encuentras libros de vegetarianismo, veganos, etc. El dueño (o la persona que atiende), es muy majo y te da sugerencias, tips. Nos gusta el enfoque de economía consciente de pequeño productores, que es lo que a la final importa en este tipo de lugares. Los precios son muy buenos en comparación a otras tiendas de la zona (por ejemplo las salsas de soja). Lugar muy recomendado.
En un pequeño sitio entras a otro mundo todo elementos de alimentación naturales biológicos a granel, del campo directo al comercio y un trato muy humano y un trato muy humano y amable.
Muy chulo ,todo natural y BIO.
Excelentes productos. Mucha variedad. Precio justo.
